DC Insider Tours

Wife and I did an electric bike tour with Bo and it was AWESOME. Whether you're a history buff or not, Bo will make your ride incredible. I've been to to DC a number of times, and Bo's electric bike tour was by far the most memorable activity I've undertaking in DC. He has all sorts of fun and interesting stories about DC. Doing the tour at night avoids all sorts of traffic and you can get-up speed on the bike. I cannot recommend this adventure enough.

Just got back from a private electric bike tour and it was incredible! Bo, the guide, is so personable and knowledgeable the time flew by. I was amazed what we covered on a electric bike in 2 hours. We started in “Blagden Alley,” a super cool space that Bo brought to life before we even got on the bikes, and then by the Capitol building, Supreme Court, Smithsonian museums, washington monument, Jefferson memorial, Lincoln memorial, and so much more! This was hands down the best way to experience the city in these words COVID times and will be doing it again! Thanks bo and dc insider tours!

Second time doing a tour with them. First time was a walking tour (awesome! Kids asked if they could do it again the next day). This time was an e-bike tour. Got to see lots and tour guide had amazing energy. Made it lots of fun. Even extended the tour to let us swing by an extra place.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I booked a tour on a recommendation from a friend who used to be a tour guide in DC and was told DC Insider is the best. They were spot on. I have 3 teenage girls and they can be difficult to keep entertained and interested. Bo did an outstanding job combining education with fun by telling stories and really connecting history with sites to make it very unforgettable. Tons of walking-which we liked because it really gave us a feel for all DC has to offer. Bo had amazing recommendations for restaurants and sites to further explore. Every single recommendation has been perfect! Thank you for staring our vaca off right! This is the best way to spend your first day in DC. You will get sooooo much out of this, truly worth every penny!
