Really not sure how they stay in business... been reporting erroneous information to the credit bureaus for 5 years and counting...

I agree with the other reviewers on here that this company does not report on Credit Bureau reports and I have had to call the credit bureau at least three times within the last 6 months and they have had to call Metropolitan agencies themselves to get them to correct my balances. Absolutely terrible company

They did a great job for our company. Recovered most of the money that was owed to us by people who refused to pay up.

I phoned in today to pay off an account for a family member. Christina is the person responsible for the account but I ended up speaking with a horrible woman named Kaye, who I now know is the manager and owner. Kay became VERY irate VERY quickly, truthfully should not be operating any business.nnShe refused payment of the account balance and then when I asked for a detailed summary of the fees she claimed the balance was $340 but only accounted for $328. Ultimately she refused payment, said she'd rather take legal action against my family member, she ended up SCREAMING at me on the phone, and then when I explained that her yelling wasn't necessary, she hung up the phone. How is anyone supposed to pay these people if they refuse?!?!? I'm sure this is how they make more money: more time passes + more fees add up. How do these people sleep at night?!?!

This place has not reported for 6 months at least when I paid them. This is the only one showing on my credit report. SUPER annoying I have called 4 times and no one is helping me, they just keep saying I need to dispute it with my credit company... NO LADY you need to report it as PAID!
