My experience with Pivot was welcoming, there was positive energy everywhere you could not help but to do your therapy. Blair, the receptionist is the first person I see and she always have a welcoming smile. Joshua, my therapist is so nice. He provide me with various exercise each week as well a communicate via email. He provided me with exercise that I can do at home. They are all so helpful and nice. I really appreciate all of them. Pivot staff are a great team. They work together to keep us as well as themselves safe. Pivot you get 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me.

Colin Flanagan at 18th street is an incredible physical therapist with years of training and experience. He is very motivating to work with!

Pivot has revealed itself to have egregious billing practices which amount to the exploitation of patients' misfortune. Although the national average for a PT session is $80-125, Pivot billed over $300/session with line items such as $30 for a warm compress.

The facility is very clean and quiet, and the safe there is very professional and friendly.
