I've been seeing Paulina for about 5 months now. I first started seeing her for shin splints, and now I see her regularly to stay injury free. Each appointment is about 1 hr solely spent on you, from dry needling to soft tissue to strength exercises. She can not only help you recover from injuries, but she can help prevent new ones, as well! She's amazing. The best PT a runner could ask for. I highly recommend her.nnThanks Paulina for taking care of me!

Where shall I start with the praise? Paulina Ochoa is THE physical therapist, hands down. My orthopedist, Dr. Faulks, recommended her to me. That was 7 or 8 years ago. She worked through another company. It was at a gym near the Ritz-Carlton. I had a bad back problem and was not at all ready for surgery at the time. I followed every suggestion she made religiously. The crunches I did, for years, almost (!) daily: 90! Ugh. I did well, despite the hurdles. Paulina is so in tune with the body. I feel like I am taking a walk inside my muscles and nerve system while she is working on me. ud83dude09 I even created words to describe her work:: destaunchment or destaunching.nnIn the end, I decided to have back surgery this year - I made a good decision. Paulina gently confirmed the steps I took after such long ‚trooper’ work to avoid it. She treated me after the surgery with great success. I must admit that I am a faithful student. ud83dude42nThe experience with Paulina is holistic. Her knowledge is profound. Her ethics are spotless. I can highly recommend her.

So, I met Paulina in Gaithersburg at a physical therapy place (which I have forgotten), about 7 years ago. She shortly moved to D.C. to focus on her own practice. I thought that was the end for me as far as using Paulina because it was much further as I loved in Gaithersburg at the time. I tried to find another PT with no luck and continued to travel to D.C. for any treatment.nnIn November of 2017 I had a complete tear of my achilles tendon and have since moved to Frederick MD. I was set that I would just go to someone local... NOPE! Couldn't find anyone and decided Paulina was the one for me.nnSo for 3-4 months I traveled to D.C. twice week and then another 3 months after once a week for treatment with Paulina. Although, I wanted to hurry the process and at times thought to contradict what Paulina was saying, I put my opinion aside and listed to her and followed her instructions.nnThe initial surgery went very well with Dr. Ben Stein, and it was also Paulina's gentle, patient, and continuous care she had for me and my health.nnLess than a year later, I was hunting Elk in Colorado...nnThank you Paulina for taking care of me, my family, and most of all being patient with me!
