Set Physical Therapy, DC - Metro Center

I've received physical therapy several times over the past 10-15 years and SetPT is stellar and the best practice I've been to. I saw Belinda Black for abdominal separation after having a baby. Belinda was extremely knowledgeable about the topic, explained the issue and her approach in an easy to understand way, and patiently helped me work to resolve the issue. I very much appreciated her practicality towards PT - she would prioritize the exercises to do at home that were the most effective to do in my available time. She was also really engaging to talk to during our in-person sessions. I highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Ashley over the past months to treat an injured hamstring and I’m extremely satisfied with her services, care and knowledge. She has been of tremendous help to get me back to my running, which I treasure very much. She has in-depth knowledge about the type of injury that bothers me. She is great with exercises and advice/tips for me to do at home or gym. Moreover, she communicates quite often with my physician, which is fabulous. She’s lovely. I highly recommend Ashley.

Set physical therapy is at Premier physical therapy company. They do one on one physical therapy sessions for an hour and they really make sure that you are well taken care of. Chris is an amazing practitioner and is caring and compassionate. This is not the type of physical therapy practice where you feel like a number. The single best physical therapy team I have ever met. They've helped us tremendously. Highly highly recommend!

Ashley Baker has helped me tremendously over the past year. I herniated my L5S1 disc about 2 years ago and could barely walk because I was in so much pain. Epidurals didn’t work, and I thought I would need back surgery. But physical therapy with Ashley has alleviated all pain and I’m back exercising again as if nothing happened! Ashley is very attentive and teaches her patients how to be proactive and about exercises and stretches for preventing injuries in the future. She’s also very personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her if you’re experiencing back pain (or any type of pain).

I have worked with Belinda Black at the Metro Center location for two different injuries. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. The most recent treatment was for a damaged rotator cuff, which is now pain free. Equally important, my dog is very pleased with the distance I am getting on the tennis balls I can now throw again.
