We were trapped in this parking lot for an hour after we got a reservation through parkingPanda which authorized the transaction despite the garage being closed. While that’s on parkingPanda and not a colonial parking issue, the attitude and blatant disrespect from the people on the other side of the help line IS a Colonial parking issue. We had to call three separate times to get any helpful answer. Ultimately all we needed was to lift the bar on the opposite side of the parking lot, which for whatever reason was met with a tone of pure disgust. We were hung up on TWICE after they deemed our problem a non-issue, had to go to police and across the street to the Giant Stop & Shop (which had the SWEETEST attendant working the floor, idek what her name was but she was the most helpful) just to have them tell us that it is, indeed, something that Colonial parking should be able to help us with. Easily the most stress-inducing interaction I have had in a long time.
