the experience i had with the parking garage was time consuming and UNACCEPTABLE , i was told the garage partners with The Motto by hilton hotel and there would be a special price for parking 26.00 .. instructions given to get that special price was very unclear, i ended up paying full price (54.00) which was very inconvenient.. the guy in the garage advised me to get proof from hotel cause he could not help me .. went back to hotel to get proof that i did indeed stay there for just 1 NIGHT, the guy then told me he still will not refund me the difference that i paid, and told me to just call a number.. I would NOT recommend parking here..

this is the one time where i wish 0 stars was an option. because if you collectivized all the employees who work here and their boss’s brain power then converted it to watts, they might be able flicker the nightlight in my bedroom for a second. honestly, i’ve never ran into a workplace full of so much incompetence in one place, truly astonishing. it’s only a parking garage, how hard could it be, but who knew

Convenient parking for events at Gallery Place and even just for generally parking in Washington DC overall.nnI’ve left my car parked here overnight with no safety issues. Although there aren’t any re-entry privileges, it is still easy for me to go to my car to put/get stuff in the car.

I was very disappointed in this parking garage. I left my car there for 10 hours overnight and they charged me 54$. I was expecting it to be 27$ because that was the nightly fee posted on the entrance sign. When I tried to discuss it with the manager, he was very rude and condescending. He said the the rates reset at 4 AM which is in very tiny print at the bottom of the sign. Seems like a pretty shady tactic to overcharge people to me.
