Standard Parking

It was a paid parking garage, nothing special. Parking was easy. It was located down a small alley, so it wasn't super obvious where to go but we didn't have much trouble.

They did not tell us that they closed their garage sometime and let us park there without saying anything about closing time. We were unable to get our car out. They would not answer the phone. Not even an answering machine! This is absolutely unacceptable.
