I really appreciated Heather and Van's help with our infested termite tree! I love that they are a local McMinnville business and when I called I was able to actually speak directly to them (no holds!). They were able to come out that day to see what was going on. Their general approach to pest management is to educate, to do the least invasive measures first, and focus on environmentally safe ways to help you solve your pest problem. They taught me how termites work, and did not jump the gun to throw out any pesticides right away. They recommended that we first get rid of the source of the termites food (our rotting old apple tree), then they put up some traps around the base of the house closest to the rotted tree to monitor to see if the termites decided to rehome under our house (which we have had in the past). This simple, makes sense approach worked for us and if we have any future pest problems in the future, they will be our first call for sure! It also helps that they are just nice good folks in general, working hard to establish their business. Thanks Van and Heather!

Not happy. Caused more harm to kids and family then they did good. Dog spent 2 days at the vet. Because they sprayed his food. I. Went to urgent care because of the chemicals . my child went to emergency care because of breathing problems and a severer rash and now I have more spiders in my house then outside and more rats trying to enter my house then what they tried to take care of.
