Parking Convention Center DC

Decent parking lot, short distance from arena, shopping and eateries. Lot is poorly paved and parking spaces are very close together. $25 for the day, gates lock at midnight on the weekend. Was easy to get to New York Avenue to exit the city.

This was a great experience 4 blocks from the venue. I loved the fact that I did the online reservation and handled everything from the QR code. Th e price and the ease was a plus. I will be doing more weekend events at the DC Convention Center.

Do not park here. The attendants lie about the price and overcharge so they can pocket the extra. I know the lot charges different prices for different days and times, but I was charged two different amounts at the same time on two different week days. I initially parked there because it had a high fence and would be locked at night, but the attendant said don’t leave anything in your car. There are plenty of cheaper places to park, don’t do business with this place.

This should be a park, not parking.
