Colonial Parking

Complete scam. I had to work at the convention center early on a Saturday morning and was unable to take the metro like usual. Found this place reasonably close with a sign out front that said $10 flat rate for early bird special if ticket is issued prior to 7am, I drove in around 520am. When I left at 5pm I was charged $20. Asked the attendant and he stated that it was a Mon-Fri deal, nowhere on the sign out front does it say that, which I explained to him. Then he tells me it's an online deal, also not noted on the sign

Very convenient for grocery shopping at Safeway however if you are longer then the slotted 90 minutes it charges you a lot more! Was $20 for two hours.. so keep time very well I'd you decide to park at this location

I paid monthly for the past 4 months. I tried to cancel my membership in order to switch to a much better priced option in December. I called customer service and emailed their customer email to make sure that I would not be billed for January, or else I would not start my other parking membership. I had a feeling they would try to scam me. They assured me that my payment for January would not go through, since I canceled my membership and called in advance. However, I was immediately charged. Tried to dispute the charge and they won't listen. Now having to move forward with larger action.
