After my experience yesterday, I can say I was a little disappointed in customer service. My husband and I decided to venture out in the pandemic to pick up some fabric to make tie blankets... because why not. As I picked fabric and handed them to by husband to get cut. It soon turned into a scene straight from Meet the Parents (Airport Scene) He was asked to take a number. As my husband looked around in the almost empty store, he was almost shocked to have to take a number. Immediately as he pulled the NEXT number, she got on the intercom to announce that she was servicing the next number... which was his. It was one of the worst customer service moments we have had. I’m 100% understanding of protocols but before this young woman another store employee had helped my husband cut two fabrics without a problem before I gave him a second set to be cut. After spending over $100.00 In fabric it was honestly one of the worst customer service transactions.
