Ocean Prime

This place mostly gets 4 stars for the customer service! From the time they opened the car doors for us, to the very friendly waiter, they were great and attentive! The food taste and presentation was exquisite! The only reason it's not 5 stars is because we felt they could seat guests a bit better for safety and social distancing. Other than that, it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! Highly recommend the dry ice drinks shown here. Will definitely be back!

My fiancé had my birthday dinner here (12/28/19) the ambiance is lovely and the food was yummy! However, the service was poor. We felt like we were being judged. The server didn’t really seem like he wanted to serve us. He was moving so fast, rushing and talking over us while we were trying to ask questions. One time, he walked off without answering a question about food that someone had. I will say that he WAS nice enough to rinse out my birthday glass and gave me a birthday drink. However, the karma really came when he was rushing to wrap up my cake and knocked over a glass of water onto one of my friends lap and his cell phone. I’m not sure if he was uncomfortable serving us or if he simply just didn’t want to. BUT we still tipped him well as we always do when we go out. You can’t judge people by how they look.nI will not be returning!

Seafood, yeah, super yummy. Staff is always super even when they have a full house. The service here is friendly. It has a good interior. This place has many good reviews for a reason.

Everything about this restaurant is what you want for a special event. The staff all the way to the decor were superb! Food was delicious! I'd definitely make my way back to this establishment.

Filet was great. Everyone was very nice and it was a great birthday dinner. We both ordered dessert and the waiter still brought me their amazing chocolate cake with a lit candle. I have been craving the entire meal since. I am so glad we have them in Dallas. LOL.
