The DC store net well organized much nicer than one in pentagon city. staff were very welcoming. They do have stylest which is blessing.

I’ve been in this store a few times now and my most recent visit has been the most positive. I wish I got her name, but one of the floor staff employees was full of laughter. The manager was also a hoot and I just felt like I could walk around the store cracking jokes and exchanging smiles every time they checked on me. I really felt taken care of. They even went to the extent with helping me coordinate outfits for an upcoming event. The store is clean and well organized. Also always have a good time shuffling through their sales rack. I went in around the afternoon before rush hour.

Always good customer service. I want there in a pinch... needed a clean top after an accidental spill. They were super helpful. The selection was not disappointing and the service was impeccable.

This store is my go to for shopping! The clothes are so perfect for my size.

The selection is outstanding compared to even the outlets. I scored a lovely outfit for under the cost of what I found at Potomac mills. Staff turned my terrible day into a joyful day.
