Just popped in today for the first time to ask some questions about certain watch models I’m interested in.nEveryone is super friendly, helpful, and genuine. I had a great conversation with Steven and the lady near the front desk. Everyone else in the store greeted me as I was browsing. Felt quite comfortable, and had a great experience overall!

Amazing customer service, and the SA made my purchase a true experience - it wasn't like just buying a watch. If you don't know much about jewelry, know a little, or know a lot, they'll take care of you. Zero-pressure through-out the search/buying process, and my SA guided me in the right direction the entire time. Always friendly and highly recommend!

Great experience with John, the consummate professional. Went in searching for a wedding ring and 1st of all , he listened !! He then went over with us the best options and it was a 5 star experience. No overselling, I would recommend John and Tiny Jewel Box to anyone
