I purchased my engagement ring at the DC Mervis location and Maria was great! She answered all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable with the biggest purchase I've ever made. The ring was ready very quickly and turned out beautifully. My (now) fiancé loves it!

I was referred to Mervis Diamond Importers with an idea for custom engagement ring in hopes that it could be completed by my desired timeline (this was definitely a rush order). Mika Smith-Jones took the meeting in full confidence and listened to my requirements! She steered me in the right direction when my inexperience in engagement ring shopping began to show. She let me know that her designers were top-tier (I wish I knew how to show you all that she was honest!) and that they would get the job done in under three weeks! Approaching two weeks later (yes, faster than expected) I was in the showroom looking at the most stunning ring I have ever encountered! Not to mention, the final price was not indicative of a custom rush order! If you all need fast and confident assistance from a grade-A professional, Mika Smith-Jones at Mervis is that person! I am sure my wife-to-be is going to pass out lol! (They don't have 6 stars?)

Biance helped my girlfriend and me navigate the process of choosing the perfect engagement ring. We originally went in to Mervis with the intention of just finding my girlfriend's ring size but we left with much more. My girlfriend originally wanted me to pick the ring and surprise her, but once she saw all of the options that were available she left knowing exactly what she wanted. I know that not all couples work like this, but for me, this was a huge relief! A big thank you to Bianca for helping my girlfriend find exactly what she wanted! Bianca is a sweetheart and will work tirelessly to find you exactly what you want.

I came to the DC Mervis location on the recommendation of a former patient of mine. I worked with Maria Kamali to find the perfect setting for the diamond I already had from my fiance's grandmother engagement ring. She took everything I was looking for into consideration and was honest about setting selection based on the diamond shape and my fiance's style. She was upfront about the financing available (very easy to do) and perks of coming through Mervis including yearly deep cleans and ability to send out for re-sizing. Couldn't be happier with her customer service and how the ring came out! Would strongly recommend Mervis to anyone looking for an engagement ring.
