Charles Schwartz at The Willard (main store at Mazza Gallerie) is the best of the best jewelers in DC. Expertise and customer care of Joseph and Mark are invaluable, always so pleasant and thoughtful in a straightforward way to ensure one understands value and historical provenance if appropriate. The overall team under Mr Pastor, a person of dignity and charm, must be commended for years of superior service and high-quality pieces, especially the designer and estate items. Charles Schwartz provides first-rate attention and knowledge to each customer. I treasure the Charles Schwartz team. Highly recommended when you need a special unique piece for those special to you.

I stopped in for a resizing and Joseph helped me out very quickly and even taught me how to use a feature on my watch. Very friendly and definitely recommended. I also dropped off my Omega for a service.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Charles Schwartz and Son. I bought an engagement ring at the downtown DC location, and at every step of the process the staff were patient, professional, and honest. My point of contact, Michael, provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He offered experienced insight, while allowing me to weigh my options and choose the diamond and setting that best fit my budget and design preferences, and ultimately went to great lengths to find the ring I was looking for. Most importantly, my fiancée loves the ring! I highly recommend Charles Schwartz and Son to anybody looking for an engagement ring or a high end jewelry store.
