Horrible experience , horrible tech who would just show up and would take a picture of outside of our house and claim he has done his job without ever going into our gated and fenced backyard and horrible customer service on the phone- their phone system is junk and keeps dropping calls when you call fir billing! We had a rat issue and could not get a hold of anyone !
