Went in for an oil change, and my check engine light was on. Came out with a bill for almost $1,100. I'm not saying they were dishonest about the work that needed to be done, but it was really expensive. I called around for quotes for the same work and got estimates that were hundreds of dollars less—especially for the water pump, drive belt, and coolant replacement. Even the spark plug replacement was way more expensive than some other places. They're nice guys, but to be honest, I left feeling a little fleeced. Make sure you get quotes from other places before you agree to any work.
My car stopped running in front of his shop, he sent his worker out to my car to help me and made arrangements to ensure my car was towed to my house and got me sent home safely free of cost in a lyft. Thank you so much! customer service was amazing.

One of my tires had a hole in it that I didn’t notice for a couple of days until the tire was completely flat. I got anxious mainly because it struck me as just another hefty auto cost. I Google’s tire repair shops and found Metro Motors. I decided to come here because it was closer to where I live so had my car towed to this location. The tire was inspected, quickly diagnosed, and priced (which was shockingly affordable). Less than 45 minutes after dropping my car off for a new tire, I was called back and told my car was ready. These folks were professional, efficient, and friendly - even helping me get out of a tight parking spot once everything finished. I would highly recommend them for their quality work, quick work, and affordability.
The service manager dontae was very professional and quick in solving my problem zach plughed my tire and got me back on the road in under 10 minutes ! Great atmoshpere definitely recomend !!!
