I had a lovely experience with Audrey this morning at Composition ID. There was initially no availability so I got on the waitlist, and when a spot opened up she called as promised.nnAudrey is incredibly friendly and patient and professional, and she’ll answer any and all questions throughout your testing session. She makes sure you are comfortable and explains everything thoroughly before, during, and after. I had no idea what to expect since this was my first ever vo2max test, but I felt very well taken care of and will absolutely be back again for another test in the future.nnAudrey reviews your results with you immediately after the test and will send you home with both a printout and email copy of your results. The testing center is spacious and bright and very clean. Thank you Audrey!

I went to Composition ID today for the first time today so I could begin to accurately track my health. The facilities are very clean and sanitary...they definitely are taking the necessary precautions under the current Covid pandemic seriously. Audrey was very professional. She did a great job explaining the tests and the results. I'm looking forward to my follow up visit so I can see how well I'm doing towards achieving my health goals.

I worked with Audrey and my experience was terrific! I was able to gain valuable information about the baseline my body was currently at so I could develop a plan to make targeted changes and goals. The communication was excellent, the testing was efficient, Audrey was SUPER kind. As a registered dietitian, I value knowing where my body stands through accurate and appropriate testing. If you are looking for ways to start being able to ID where efforts need to be put to make changes, this spot is a great way to do that!

I have gone to Composite ID twice over two years now and I have always been very pleased with my experience. Their staff is incredibly friendly and the facility is absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, the metrics that they are able to determine with their state of the art scanning machines is nothing in comparison to what you can do at home on your own. I had no idea that I had so many imbalance is going on in various limbs.
