Dr. Presson is one of the nations BEST dentist! Not only does she take the time to listen to your concerns she also proposes the best options to give you the perfect smile. It’s not about the money for her it’s about the experience that she lends and the care that she gives that allows the customer to experience quality service needed. My dental experience there was second to none. I felt comfortable, safe and extremely satisfied after leaving. She was very attentive, focused, well- educated and knowledgeable about my concerns. If you’re looking for a board certified, verified and qualified A1 quality Dentist, then look no further. Your needs are guaranteed to be MET!!!!!
Exceptional, is the only way I can describe the service I received at Dimples Dental Suite. My experience started at the front door, when I received a warm and friendly greeting from the staff at the front door. This was just a precursor to treatment I received when I got to the examination room. Dr.Presson answered all my questions and calmed my fears. For the first time in my life, I look forward to going back for my follow up visit.
This Lady here got issues plain and simple.I wish nothing but the best for her and her business. Please lord Jesus keep her staff wrapped in your arms of love because I know they need it dealing with her on a regular basis. With that said my visit was horrible and she is utterly unprofessional and unpleasant. Her hole attitude and demeanor towards me was horrible from the beginning. So the the previous day I was scheduled for an appointment at 2 o’clock pm. I was called and given a reminder of my appointment cool. I asked could my appointment be pushed up to an early time they obliged and gave me a 12:00pm great. After talking with the assistant who called me I asked if there was a possibility of me coming in a little earlier for my services. The reason for me asking to be seen a little earlier was for me to make another appointment I had previously made for my physical therapist. Again I was granted my wish. So comes the day of my appointment. I arrived at the location at about 11:30am and I was meet with hostility. “Ah who said that you can come early”. I replied the young lady I spoke with yesterday said it was okay. “Well hold on and let me talk to the Dr”. So I was put on a long hold then just to be told the room is not available for. I said okay that’s fine. They told me to come back at 11:50 and my room should be ready so I stayed around and waited. Upon me walking to the location for my appointment I noticed I had forgot my wallet in the house. Honest mistake I live 5 min away and I usually never take my wallet out of my car. So I call the receptionist and ask her to give me a moment to go back home and let me retrieve my wallet. (Now with me understanding the guidelines for how there office is ran per COVID-19 regulations there is no grace period). She tells me yes you can and I’ll give you a call back. So in me going back home and almost on my way back she calls me to tell me we have to reschedule. I’m okay with that because I knew that it was a possibility that this could happen. Now was I upset yeah a little because really what’s five minutes if I was already there. So nevertheless I still came back to support a Female African American woman. Upon my arrival they were for the most part professional. I was greeted by the assistants. Also given clear and simple directions. Not one time I repeat not one time was I greeted by the Dr. I didn’t know what she looked like or if this was a multiple physician practice. As I was listening to the assistant give me directions someone came flying out of the room where I had previously been for my initial x-ray. Saying “Oh my god that tooth is done I don’t know if I can fix that it’s going to take a miracle oh my I don’t know what you want to do”. Now at this time I’m looking at the assistant like is this lady okay and is she talking to me. Because not once did she say hello Mr Jackson I’m your Dentist. Nope nor did she address me like an adult look me in my eyes and stop and communicate to me the issues she found with my x-rays. She was ghetto, rude, trifling, the whole way through. So I said okay miss I don’t know who you were talking to you didn’t address me. I dont know Who you are or that you were referring to me. She proceeded to say Well you are the only one here do you see a Bluetooth in my ear no sir. So as you can guess it went downhill. She was rough on my cleaning like how. You a whole dentist this what you are supposed to be good at but you are trash at it. She said I have bleeding gums and gingivitis. Okay cool I guess my gums would bleed when you was as ruff as a 2 dollar steak. Then I proceeded to ask questions she interjects with smart comments that don’t even make since. It was all around bad her parents should be ashamed to put such a vindictive person into the world. She is by far the most nasty and tasteless person I’ve encountered. Not a bit of class nor decency. She said “You shouldn’t be rude to a person that would give you the shirt of her back”. Miss I wouldn’t want you to piss on me if I was on fire. You should not own a business. Clean office tho
Staff extremely rude and disrespectful. No one will answer the phone for over a week. I went out my way to go to the clinic to reschedule my appointment. As I opend the door with my mask on. A dark skin female with blue clothes ( clinic staff) shout out back up don't enter I didn't enterd but she kept shouting like if I broke into the place!!! All I did I opend the main door to speak to someone since they won't answer the phone.
This office takes covid19 very seriously and ensured that from the door opening until I walked out I was safe and clean. The technician handled the paperwork expeditiously and broke everything down payment wise easily. Dr. Presson was very matter-of-fact and precise in how she explained things. She showed me what was going on with my mouth and broke down a plan that I need to follow for healthy teeth. I was in great hands.
