They knocked out a filling in my rear molar and made a couple of lame attempts to replace it all the while trying to talk me into getting an implant...my new dentist filled it with bo problem

I have always had a great experience with the Dental Bug Team. The reception staff are very warm and welcoming and always encouraging. My last visit was very pleasant although I had some seriously uncomfortable work done, but within the parameters, Dr. Suh made sure I was as comfortable as possible considering the work. And for that, I really appreciate it. Kudos to a wonderful dental experience!

Very friendly and accommodating. The dentist took extra time to explain all the situations I was dealing with and gave me plenty of information before making his recommendation.nnAlso the staff were diligent and helpful and I had as good an experience as one can have at the dentist!

I didn't have any problems nor pain with my teeth when I went in for a cleaning and then was told I had several cavities. I trusted the dentists and went through with their recommendations and paid more than $400 to fill my cavities. I don't know if I ever really had those cavities but I was left with unbearable sensitivity and unable to put too much pressure on the teeth they fixed. After 5 follow-up visits, I just stopped. And more than a year later, I still have issues with those teeth.

If there was a 'negative five' star review, that's the one I'd choose. Dr. Tsaknis is likely the worst dentist in the D.C. area - unprofessional, overly aggressive in recommended treatments, does not discuss options, schedules multiple patients at the same time and wastes their time (procedure that should take an hour max two will take three or four hours), distracted, left work unfinished. Ultimately, if you are coming for a cleaning, you're fine. But for anything else, look elsewhere.
