The Clerk of the Court Civil Division has always been a poorly run and unprofessional part of the courthouse, at least in the nearly 18 years I have been a member. Now that there is a partial federal government shutdown, the lazy employees are using the furloughs as an excuse as to why they are not doing their jobs. Its almost always black people too. Which begs the question--Why are there so few White people working in positions that interact with the public? I doubt it will help, but I'm going to write a letter to the Chief Judge. At least he can't say he didn't know about my concerns.
This division is very unprofessional, lazy, not helpful, not even a pen to write your complaint, to much personal conversion and less attention given to the people who come there to do business, I had to sit and wait for the teller finish her 20 min. conversion with a cuple at window which was personal, laughing while I waited and waited tobbe seen. It needs a serious make over remove these lazy people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
