Hi, I had a great experience at Dr. Hofbauer’s office. Every person I came into contact with was exceptionally nice and professional. They all listened to me regarding my concerns and Dr. Hofbauer gave me a total plan to help me with my dental needs. I felt very comfortable throughout the visit.

The care I receive from Dr. Hofbauer and her staff has been excellent, but I paid out of pocket twice from this office due to inconsistencies with them checking my available coverage and discounting the information I told them in order to ensure payment through my dental coverage.

Our pediatric dentist recommended this office to us for my daughters gum surgery and I must say, I couldn’t be happier. During our pre op appointment the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and eager to answer questions. Dr. Hofbauer was very thorough in explaining the procedure and was very warm and calm in her delivery. (Exactly what my 13 year old daughter needed).nOn the day of her surgery, my daughter was a little nervous but she said the Dr. talked to her the entire time and was very comforting. In addition, they provided lavender scented towels to assist in easing her anxiety and gave her the absolute best care. After the procedure the staff was great about going over the care plan and one lady even walked out to the car to give my daughter a dose of Tylenol since she was starting to feel a little discomfort.nLater in the evening the Dr called me from her personal cell phone to see how she was doing and to answer any questions we had. SHE IS AMAZING! Genuinely cares for people, and wants to provide THE BEST care to her patients. I’d highly recommend this doctor and her team to anyone who needed it.

I’m a new patient, immediately referred to Dr Haufbauer by my Dentist and then Endontist. I like how these three offices are open-minded enough to refer a patient to others in an orderly process, knowing their limitations and doing what’s best for the Individual with Front teeth impact injury. My initial consult and exam was a great experience. Dr Haufbauer had the perfect touch of being attentive along with excellence at explaining the details of what care I will be needing before I proceed back to the Endontist for my root canal etc next week. My first appointment with Dr Hofbauer’s hygienist was wonderful... if you can call having your newly-dying-front tooth receive scaling and root planing wonderful...the specialist was skilled and had an amazing personality to keep me preoccupied and pain-free. I’m pleased knowing I’ll be returning to Dr Haufbauer for additional further treatment, after my time with the Endontist next week.

Very friendly and efficient. I hate the dentist but this one is different. You'll like the time you spend with that group.
