This particular Metrobus Stop has a reasonably good view of the Rhode Island Avenue Shopping Center and of WMATA's Red Line train tracks. I used to like this particular Metrobus Stop much better before February, 2010 when the Safeway Food & Drug Store & National Wholesale Lumber Liquidators store were in the shopping center. The new Forman Mills, Save-A-Lot Supermarket, and Big Lots! Department Store ruined the nice view of the Rhode Island Avenue Shopping Center (both from this particular Metrobus Stop, from the Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station, and from the Red Line train tracks when all Red Line trains go through Rhode Island Avenue. Additionally, I also liked this stop much better when CVS/Pharmacy was also in the Rhode Island Avenue Shopping Center, as opposed to moving to the stupid, unnecessary Rhode Island Row project which completely ruined the look of the Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station. I also liked this stop even better with the Popeyes Fast Food Restaurant in its original logo.
