Union Station Parking Garage

When we arrived at the station there was a barricade with a sign stating the garage was closed. We had 30 minutes to our train departure. We spent 20 looking for parking only to find out the garage is open, just on the other side. No other signage saying drive around to find the entrance. I guess we’re supposed to be mind readers or something.

Finding the entrance of the parking garage was a challenge, and some times, it is difficult to find a parking space...but it is very useful for a day trip to Capitol area to drive and safely to park my car.

My ticket showed an error message and the help center took almost 10 minutes to answer. They then charged me for an additional hour because I entered at 5:07 and exited at 7:07. Somehow, they counted that as 2 hours and 1 minute and charged me for 3 hours. The person at the help center line wouldn’t help. I will dispute the charge on my card. Shameless thieves.

Most confusing garage I've ever been in. Couldn't figure out how to get to higher level without going the wrong way on one way lanes.

Entrance to the garage is on H St. Very easy to get to buses that leave from here.
