I never buy apple products from them. There is no return after you open the package. However, apple store offers more convenient return policies.nOne another occasion, I had my laptop battery changed with them. I Got the first call that my laptop battery is fixed. I was so excited but when I used it, the battery did not last more than an hour and half. Like it was not changed at all. I returned my laptop to fix the issue. Two weeks passed. I received no call or a single email. I called them to follow up. The Apple sales associate told me it was already ready to pick up and he was wondering why no one had reached me out. The new battery lasts four hours that costed $130 for me. So unreliable and inconvenient.
The GW campus store has a great selection of apparel.
The Staff and Leadership of the GWU Campus Store are true patriots. Their support for the SEAS online Masters degree Cyber Social was AMAZING, Thank you for all you do supporting the students of GWU.
Good selection of GW swag. Location in strange. In the basement. Would be nice for tuition paying parents to get a discount!
Always love the choice of merchandise. Havent been here in a few years but it is always fun to browse around and pick up some fine gw merchandise. When i was a student here I couldnt afford anything except for some items in the sale rack. But now I go there every few years and buy hats, t shirts and some trinkets for kids.
