Really nice, seamless experience! I called and placed my order over the phone and picked it up a few minutes later. The curbside experience was super easy. The staff is really nice and it seems like they have a pretty great selection of books and other items!
Fantastic store and a fixture in the neighborhood. Selection is great, I think somewhat less prone to DC bookstores' innate skew towards contemporary politics/public affairs, in a good way. Checking inventory online is easy, and they're very helpful over the phone. Ordering for pickup under reopening restrictions is a breeze. Looking forward to a full reopening when they resume events and readings.
