I was in a bind and needed my online order immediately. The HU Bookstore staff - Kirk, Armani and Alex went above and beyond to make sure I had my items. It was a special occasion and celebration for a friend so their thoughtfulness and patience while going the extra mile meant a lot. I'm a Howard grad so going back to the bookstore, though it's new, is great. Lots of great merchandise. Grabbed a cap and a sweatshirt. Go Bison!
What's the use if doing a curbside pick up on an app, when you still have to call the store and let them know of you have been sitting outside, on a busy street, illegally parked (standing)?
