Called upset because an animal was being beaten. Had 0 attitude with the person in dispatch. Was just very upset. And was told to not have an attitude. If you are a police dispatcher. Maybe you should be able to handle people being upset. But i understand. Its ok for an animal to get beat but not ok for people to call the police upset. Horrible service that is paid for by tax payers.
They didn't handle my case very well at all including judge too. I had to find out by a lawyer sadly. They protected the guy who they knew his mother. I can't go near the town without anxiety attack
I was talked down to, yelled at, and blatantly disrespected. It seems common in Russellville, Danville, Dardanelle, and surrounding areas for professionals, workers, court clerks, police officers, and many more to be absolutely uncivilized, rude, unintelligent, improper, and flat out disrespectful. Their behavior is unacceptable. Asking about court dates and receiving a response “I done gave you” with yelling is just ridiculous. Zero stars. With ATTENTION to “Donna”. I was respectful and nice the entire call. There was no reason for such disrespect and rude behavior and language.
