VERY knowledgeable, VERY caring, VERY friendly. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but it's because they're TAKING TIME with someone who needs it - Which could be YOU next time!

He is my PCP. I call to make an appointment and am told that I can not. He is not taking new patients. Hmmm then how was I assigned to him....?

Although this was a good place to go to the doctor for my husband, they have no idea how scary it is to be called up telling us we are going to collections for money we do not owe without any previous notice. Not once but twice. I'm not sure how great their communication is with insurance companies but from our end it has been terrible. Good service. Terrible office management. Some things can be avoided ahead of time but for some reason they like to wait till the last minute to get it done.

Great Dr. Very friendly staff and well educated nurse staff. Staci Clouse works under Dr. Duke. She is very smart and takes time for any questions. If she doesn't have the answer she will find out. I'm impressed!! My daughter is going into the medical feild and I told her she should job shadow Staci. I think she would learn alot from her!

Both my wife and daughter love this doctor and NP. However, the office staff is disorganized, rude, and has no idea what they are doing when dealing with insurance. When my wife called the lady who does referrals was very argumentative.
