Dr. Jim C. Citty, MD

I absolutely love Dr Jim Citty he is a great doctor but I have been waiting for a month and a half to become a patient at his clinic and the staff keep telling me that they are waiting on my medical records so I have had them sent twice, so I called the record department and they said they have had the records the whole time. I have a serious injury and a hearing for disability coming up and my orthopedic referral has ran out and I need treatment. I tried explaining this to the receptionists named LISA and I was crying and she accused me of screaming and threatened to hang up on me. Obviously they are unorganized and the staff are VERY INCONSIDERATE. I have had femoral pain from a dislocated hip and my discs have collapsed in my back as well as bursitis and I'm in extreme pain to the point i cant sleep at night, I'm 33 and I cant walk. It is very serious and I have been trying to get help and its getting worse. Its the last thing you want to deal with is an old groggy rude receptionists that is inconsiderate and accusing you of screaming because your trying to explain the severity of the situation, very rude and she should ve ashamed of herself for acting that way and shaming Doctor Citty like that as well as saying that I could tell anyone I like after I asked for her name for the review. Disgusting and disrespectful Old woman but if you can look past that Dr. Citty is the guy to see.

Absolutely love the staff and the physicians.

Worst staff I've ever dealt with! They do not listen to you even if you have already made all the calls and know your options with your insurance. They are unnecessarily rude. It's not your body and it's not your choice!
