I am thankful to have Dr. Washington as PCP for my children. I chose her because I heard so many positive comments about her. Now I know why. She always listens, and I always leave appointments feeling confident about my child's health. She recognized the need for allergy testing and and OT testing, something missed by other doctors. To Dr. Washington and her staff -- Great job!!

The recent checking in from your vehicle is AMAZING! Not having to worry about touching anything while in the waiting room and you go back to your room when it’s ready! Ideal if you’re bringing kid(s) This should continue 100%.nThe staff is very personable and professional which is a must! Love PrimeCare!

Morgan listened to every detail of my medical history and was extremely helpful in evaluating all of the information I gave her and putting a plan in action to find a solution. I was very impressed with her service.

Since switching to Prime Care for my P.C.P., I no longer have to worry about tight schedules & missed appointments with their later hours, but it honestly wouldn’t matter since I haven’t had to wait more than 10 minutes to be taken back, instead of the hour and a half or longer at my previous provider. I also learn the specific differences between the medications available to me, as well as develop a plan of action for my own personal illness and/or issues, and I know what my provider and I will be trying next, if needed, rather than worry if my PCP is going to take me seriously & believe me, or draw a different medication out of the hat, continuing to throw meds at you with little explanation as to how this one is different. It’s much more than an after hours clinic - like I used to believe as well - they’re compassionate, highly educated & trained, and want to take care of you and your family. Just find out for yourself the next time it’s going to be 2-3 weeks before your current doctor can get you in for an appointment.

PrimeCare cares about each individual patient and I feel comfortable with the healthcare I receive when visiting. A great team of medical and office staff.
