Dr. Ben is great with my kids and we have always had a positive experience with their staff. They have even called to set up wellchecks in advance when their schedule begins filling up.

Dr. Wilkins is an incredible doctor. But, I am posting this three star rating on behalf of his office staff. The women I have dealt with as far as needing an emergency appointment, needing to reschedule, or just needing anything are extremely rude. I have had many issues getting my children seen when we have had emergencies. They are not helpful. Again, doctor wilkins is a very good doctor. I hope he considers changing his office staff because I have heard from many of his patients that they have had the same experiences.

I wouldn't trust my kids anywhere else in town! Excellent staff that cares about you and your kiddos. Great service, wonderful care. Love em!

Horrible place. I switched my kids doctor months ago. They tried to schedule a well-check appointment, a week ago and I told them I switched doctors. Next thing I know I have a bill stating I didn't keep a appointment. One was never even made with them. The reason I switched doctors was because I called and left around three messages all spread out through a couple weeks concerning my daughter medicine no one ever returned my call. So of course I switch if my daughter is not a concern, then I will look for a doctor that actually cares. I am happy to say I found one and she has been seen everytime she needed something.
