These Ladies are great and super helpful. When we needed floor covering for our bathroom remodel, they came through with this wonderful floor covering! Looks great and we picked up the next day!!! You can not go wrong using Beebe Carpets!!

thank god we sold the house . the seams everywhere are terrible, carpet is loose, they said its the best they can do .make sure the installers have there green card before working. cant even talk English!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE . I AM A CONTRACTOR FROM OHIO AND NEVER SEEN SUCH BAD WORKMANSHIP

Upon our initial encounter they were very nice and even offered quick service. I had already received measurements from the big box stores and was fine using them but decided to support a local business. The installers were nice and caused no problems and we even chatted a bit. They installed it and left and I noticed some problems(small but still problems). So I contacted them and they came out and tried to fix them but didn’t. We were told that they’d come fix them once they got parts in. After weeks of not hearing from them we call and are given the ole”yeah we’ll be out to fix it on Friday”. So I missed a call on Friday and and called back less than 5 minutes later, also texted the person because they asked my address but when I sent it they didn’t respond. So more weeks go by and we hear nothing so I call again. This time I ask for either the owner or store manager and they asked if it was MR Beacham by name and I say yes. I ask him to come to the house so my wife can show them the issues we had with the repair. The guy comes right out and writes a list of the issues and said that he’d be in contact with the contractor and get back with us. Well its been multiple weeks and still nothing. This has been going on for 2 months. I have attached pics of the problems. Unattached quarter round(that looks horrible and has nail holes and non matching trim paint), not secured T bars where the laminate meets the tile, and no Z bars where the carpet meets the laminate(which we were willing to pay extra to install because the area wasn’t installed correctly and had to be attempted to be fixed on the initial call back but couldn’t. They told us that they had to order the z bars but we never heard from them). They all would be rather easy to fix but I’m guessing that since they already got our money that we aren’t too high on their priority list. Also their estimate was off and a whole box was left over(which they said they’d refund the cost if there was that much left over but I just didn’t say anything). I’m not asking them to go above and beyond. I was just asking them to complete the job I paid them to do. I will never use this company again and will ensure none of my in laws use them in their future home builds/remodeling either. Maybe it’s because they only answer to themselves that they feel they can treat customers like this but at least I can complain to corporate with the big box stores. From now on I’ll keep my local purchases to BBq, tacos and healthy shakes.
