I tried the other urgent care locations but none of them are as efficient as this one. Dr. Coker is excellent. He never dismisses your symptoms, always listens, and reviews your history. I really appreciate the time he takes to ensure the correct diagnosis.

I’ve gone here the last few times I’ve been sick, and they’ve been great! The wait times have always been minimal, and the staff is always friendly!

Do you research before seeking treatment here, not all “walk in” clinics are billed the same. My husband went for a potential spider bite and all the doctor said was that he didn’t know what it was and to “keep an eye on it” then billed my insurance $237 for a “ new patient visit” . Other Walk In clinics are far, far less expensive for the same level of care. If you have small problems like stitches, spider bite etc. call around and get pricing before you go.

Went in for a bad case of constipation told me they didn't have the equipment they need to see. Was charged one hundred and fifty or so for them to say that they don't have the equipment. So urgent care I guess isn't that urgent. Asked the receptionist if I was going to be charged for nothing and she called the doctor and they told me I wouldn't. I asked to get something in writing so I made sure they would stick to the word. She told me to call back the next day. Called and this lady answered the phone and was rude from the start. As soon as I told her if I could get something in writing she told me the doctor doesn't make that choice and kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain the situation because clearly this wasn't the same receptionist. Never had such rude service. Her name was Sharron. I've heard her name a couple of times about other people complaining about how rude the lady named Sharron was at this place.

Great first time visit! I was being tested for the flu and the nurse was very slow and controlled while running the test and taking the swab inside my nose. I have been to 2 other places locally were they go really fast and it causes pain. Very appreciative of her technique.
