We ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate icing for our daughter's birthday and got a cake with WHITE icing! The bakery girl was very non-apologetic about it. We spoke to a manager who did give us a discount but it really didn't make up for our girl not having what she wanted. Won't be back.
Worst location to go to. They are not experienced and they don't put much effort into your cake. We had a birthday cake made there, gave them several days notice and they made it in the smallest size when we specified a different size. We showed a picture of what we would like the cake to be like and they screen printed that picture real small in the middle of the cake while the rest of the cake was just plain and didn't even match the picture. They did understand and said it was a bad job so they offered a free cake but then the second cake was worse and still the same size. They just don't know what they are doing well enough to make cakes. It was very homemade and not professional at all. The manager Tyler said he doesn't know anything about cakes or sizes and said there was nothing he could do even when we offered to pay for what we wanted. It was a very disappointing experience.
