We had a faucet pipe burst & worked with CarpetOne through our insurance to replace flooring in multiple rooms. We had a terrific experience with Tyler & we can’t recommend CarpetOne highly enough! Tyler really listened when we explained our problem areas & what our ultimate goal was with all the new floors. And we were very impressed with his timely responses & proactive communication. He even called us from his vacation to schedule an appointment for the day he got back so we could get our restoration started ASAP! We have lived with our new floors for a couple of weeks & we couldn’t be more delighted! Thanks again CarpetOne!
These folks really know their products and are fast, friendly, and courteous. I enjoyed my time with them and am looking forward to working with them on a home remodel next year.
The flooring installed was great, but I had issues with the trim twice. The 2nd repair, the repair guy didn't show up within the time frame I was given & I was left sitting & waiting! Talked to Abby who said she would call back when she found out the problem & never heard back. My review is based primarily on their customer service!
If you want to do business with people that have integrity and really care about their customers Carpet One is the place for you. Last year I had to replace some wood flooring in my house. I did replace it myself but Carpet One was the only store that could match the existing flooring. I would not hesitate doing business with them again.
Gary and his staff are much more than just flooring providers. They take the extra time to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for at an affordable price. I have used them for ALL of my home and office flooring for 20 years plus, and have been more than satisfied!
