G & A Remodeling

I highly recommend G&A. I have used them twice for paint and general contract work. They will always be my first call for any job I need completed. Very happy with their work.

Unfortunately we can not recommend G&A. We hired them to do our kitchen backsplash. Gonzalo showed up the first day to get his two workers started and then left. He didn’t show up again until the job was finished to collect his money. We showed him the areas we weren’t happy with, and he acknowledged that his guys were inexperienced in dealing with marble. He told us he would check with his tile person and get back to us on possible solutions. We never heard back from him. I wish we hadn’t paid him in full until he had addressed all our concerns. He came highly recommended by a friend, so we thought we could trust him. Use caution when hiring, insist that Gonzalo be onsite or at least come inspect the job before its finished, and DO NOT pay in full if you are unsatisfied until your issues are resolved. On a positive note, Gonzalo is very friendly. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for unsatisfactory work.
