I would give them zero stars if I could. Most recently there neurologist left the clinic. It was months before I could get an appointment, when I did they said the new neurologist could not see me till I had a new MRI, because the one they had was more than 6 months old. Got another MRI. Two more months to get an appt. 2 days prior to appt in Bentonville appt cancelled by clinic saying I would have to be seen in Springdale 2 weeks later. Appointment in Springdale sat in exam room 45 minutes only to be told I wouldn't be seeing the Dr because their was not enough time allotted for my visit because I was considered a new patient and it would not be fair to me to rush my appointment. Appointment scheduled for a month from today. I called my PCP and asked to be referred to another neurologist. I have been in pain for over a year and continue to be run around without receiving care. I have had enough.
