I cannot recommend this establishment enough. I just graduated from the University of Arkansas and I was looking for a trustworthy orthodontist in the area to take care of my dental needs. The staff at Stroope Orthodontics went above and beyond to care for me while creating a warm and welcoming environment. I am so pleased with my decision to visit their office and I can’t wait to go back!

Today was my first trip to an orthodontist since I was a teenager getting braces. The team was incredibly helpful with laying out all of my options for a new retainer. The office was super clean, and the entire process from check-in to check-out felt safe and ran smoothly! Very friendly staff who have your needs as their top priority.

I will be honest, I typically don’t take the time to leave reviews, but I really wanted to let everyone know about my experience with Stroop Orthodontics today. We have been putting off the braces discussion because of the pandemic, and we finally went in for our consultation today. Not only were they prepared to take care to us safely, but the appointment was still extremely timely, even with all of my questions, and so so pleasant. We LOVED every single person we met. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and just spoke to us like human beings. Everyone from reception all the way to the financial counselor made a point to include my son in every aspect, taking into account his goals, questions, and concerns. It was clear that he wasn’t just the kid in the chair, he was their main focus and priority. When it came to the mom parts, they made me feel so comfortable by discussing both the treatment plan and the finances in a very clear and transparent manner. I caught myself chatting like I had known them all forever (forgive me). After the consultation it was a no brainer for us, we made our decision, and were able to start our treatment plan immediately. Relationships are important, and the way they made us feel, rather than a flashy online presence, is why I decided to forego any competitive consultations and commit to Dr. Stroop. I highly HIGHLY recommend them and will be bringing my daughter in too ASAP!
