I have used this bank for years and the whole staff is fantastic. Every time I go in the building they are always kind, courteous & happy. They also seem to know every customer by name which I think is amazing. They truly care about you not just your business. I know to many places that are unprofessional and seem to only care about the next task at hand and they forget about the customer. This is not one of them! They have always been more than willing to help when I need it. Truly lucky to have such amazing people under one roof taking care of my financials.
Only cause its closest to me very rude staff most of time and bank manager is NEVER THERE
I've used Iberia since they opened at this location in Springdale.They treat you like your a part of the family. It's nothing like other banks where you might as well be a number. The manager (Gisela Mejia) is especially helpful and knowledgeable. I've needed help with some unusual situations with my parents accounts and her knowledge has been invaluable. Way beyond what I experienced anywhere else. It's definitely a cut above the norm.nnPS Some of these people posting reviews are apparently confused. There definitely off base.
I love my bank. I am always well taken care of at any branch. I have banked with them since they took over Pulaski bank which took over ANB (Arkansas National Bank)
