This is by far the best real estate agency I've worked with. Will is very reasonable and flexible. He works around your schedule, and has very good insight on the closing process. He is an awesome problem solver on overcoming obstacles and working with people to get a good compromise. This guy will go out of his way to take care of his customers.

Will Schmidt is a great person to work with. He showed me one place at 530 in the evening. I sent him a deposit for a rental and then had a family emergency. He refunded me the deposit with no questions. I’ll use them in the future for sure.
