The Graduate is my all time favorite hotel in Fayetteville for a number of reasons. It has the best location for easy access by walking or biking to the major attractions of Dixon St restaurants and bars, the University of Arkansas and the cute town square. Also free bicycles make it very easy to explore the world class bike trails that Fayetteville has. Finally the service there is excellent. Logan and the other front desk folks have been super accommodating every time I have been there. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Literally everyone who works here that I’ve come in contact with has been super helpful and friendly. Logan is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met in my entire life. I almost cried he was so accommodating. I can’t remember the managers name, unfortunately, but he was also incredibly pleasant and even if he thought I was annoying and needy (I feel like I am naturally) you’d never know. The overall experience was outstanding and I recommend staying here or hosting a party in one of their suites!

I have been having a rough time lately and I have well pretty much been living out of hotels. I normally stay at less expensive and not always that nice places. I wanted something nicer and so I booked a room at this location. I had cash to pay for my room, and I was prepared to pay an additional $100 cash For a deposit I confirmed my reservation got to the hotel exhausted. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and she tried to get me booked in but since they cannot hold the full amount on my credit card and let me pay cash at check out she got assistance from this guy. Spencer.nSpencer is rude, and extremely unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager and was refused. He said no He would not get the manager for me. After asking him four times, I finally asked his name he as I snapped a picture. Then he finally went to get the manager who was sitting behind us at the bar the whole time. She was nice but seemed to not care at all that he treated me badly and was unprofessional. She stated she would not charge me the cancellation fee due to them not accepting cash and that was it. I went to the sleep inn and suites in Fayetteville off the weddington exit and they were amazing.

Chic hotel in the heart of Fayetteville! The views are gorgeous with positive vibes all around. I plan on staying here on all future trips to this area of Arkansas. This is probably the most unique hotel I’ve stayed in this year with many ties to the university! I highly recommend this location if your wanting a hospitable experience unmatched in the area.

Awesome hotel with an eclectic vibe! The rooms are nice and very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is a lot diagonal to the hotel where you can park and lots of restaurants in short walking distance around the hotel. Service was exceptional.
