You can never get a call in. When you do, you get hung up 2x 1st time waited in line 19 callers lady said could fill out app online. No I couldn't. 2nd call time I called waited after 13 callers ahead of me. Finally talked with same woman. She hung up. Called 3rd time waited thru 5 of 18 callers ahead of me. Got hung up on immediately. Wth? Wasn't like I was being mean or anything. Guess they think you're only allowed 1 call. This is after I had already been told they never received my form I mailed. Humm... wonder what happened to that? Same with calls?
