Had an amazing experience at Underwood’s! From the moment we arrive we knew this wasn’t your average jewelry store. The quality of their diamonds was well above anything we had previously seen. Tiffany was so friendly and knowledgeable. Buying an engagement ring is a big investment with Tiffany’s help we were able to design the perfect ring! Can’t say enough good things about this store!

Tiffany at Underwoods is phenomenal. She has a very upbeat personality that brights up the room. Also, she is very knowledgeable with all types of engagements rings. She took her time and effort to sit down with me to help me figure out the perfect ring for me. I looked around at Kay’s and Zales but the dedicated time that Tiffany took to work with me was beyond anything I expected. Well worth the money and happiness. Underwoods Fine Jewelry is an impeccable place that makes you feel special. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring/ wedding bands.

The process of choosing/purchasing an engagement ring terrified me. Underwoods (specifically Tiffany) made every step so much easier and less stressful for a guy that knew next to nothing about jewelry. I spent hours in store over the course of several months going over all the styles, cuts, etc and I never once felt pressured to “close”. I made a few other stops for comparison shopping in the area, and the prices/quality couldn’t be matched. It’s not my plan to ever purchase an engagement ring again, but if I did I’d be right back at Underwoods.
