Dependable Maytag Home Appliance

My refrigerator quit working and I was in panic mode! They got me on the schedule the same day I contacted them! Luke is a delightful technician. He quickly diagnosed it was the fan. He had the part in his van and in less than an hour he had fixed the problem and my refridgerator was working. Luke then was so concerned about the billing. The part he installed was of better quality but was a higher price than quoted before he started the job. You do not find such a compassionate young man in the work force. I'm blessed to have found Dependable Maytag.

Dependable Maytag saves us again! The spin cycle in our washing machine stopped working on Memorial Day. I texted the owner late in the day, & heard back from him quickly, getting us on the schedule for the following day & giving us a time frame when the Technician would be here. Luke (Technician) texted me a few minutes early, came promptly, quickly discovered the problem (coupler, I think?) & put a new part in. He had to move our dryer out of a VERY tight space in order to do the job. He reset the dryer back in its spot extremely well (even better than the guys that delivered the dryer when we bought it). He checked out the washer's operation before leaving, & it works perfectly. We have had other work done on the appliances in our house by Dependable Maytag. They are THE BEST!!!!

Daryl at Dependable Maytag was just wonderful. He knew exactly what part I needed to get my dryer working. He also told me exactly what I needed to do to install the part. I then told him about an issue I had with my washing machine . Again he again sold me the correct part and told me exactly how to install it. Now my washing machine and dryer are both working perfectly. He had the parts I needed in stock and the prices were very fair. I will definitely go back for any appliance issue I have in the future.

Great company, everyone is helpful and friendly. A trustworthy company! Luke is very bright and knows what he is doing. He fixed our Samsung dryer in no time. This isn’t the first time Luke has helped us out. He has repaired our oven and washer. Way cheaper then buying new appliances. I would recommend Dependable Maytag to everyone. Thanks guys!
