I have struggled with anxiety and depression since I was 15 years old. I have seen my fair share of psychiatrists throughout the years. Dr. Nichols is far and away the best one I have seen. She has wonderful energy, she's kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable in her field. I am very thankful for Fayetteville Psychiatry.

I highly recommend Fayetteville Psychiatry. They have a convenient location. Their receptionist was very nice to work with to get my insurance figured out. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable about my symptoms and diagnosis and was very compassionate.

I have struggled with finding a compassionate mental health provider in Northwest Arkansas. I have been so happy to find Dr. Nicholas and Dr. Stacey at Fayetteville Psychiatry. Julie, Office Manager, is so sweet and helpful. I appreciate that this clinic is more conservative when it comes to medication also.

I spent my own money to see a psychiatrist here because their rating is so high, but I was completely disappointed, and I say this as a person who has a Masters degree in psychology and counseling.nDr. Nicholas might be good for an addict to see, but she will not help if you have mental health conditions that require medication. She is extremely conservative with medication, telling me that she might treat my mental health conditions (autism, insomnia) if I got off of my pain medication (for an injury that I sustained in Afghanistan and had back surgery for).nI sought a private provider because the VA is so conservative with medication, but I ended up meeting someone who is even more conservative, which was extremely disappointing. Dr. Nicholas: What does it take for you to prioritize your patients and help improve our quality of life? Put your priority of “risk management” aside and see us as people who are trying to improve our lives - we come to you for help; please try to understand that on a higher level than your current framework allows.

I switched to Fayetteville Psychiatry for my Suboxone treatment. It is much more affordable than my previous clinic. I only pay $150 per month for the office visits and I get more time with the doctor to work on therapy. I save money and get better care.
