I just had my first appointment at Tru Health. I must say I’m very pleased. I really appreciate Dr. Miller and Jessica’s kindness!! They were very accommodating and did all they could to make sure that my concerns were understood and taken care of. I also appreciate the option for prayer if needed by Dr. Miller. That’s a very kind thing to offer at a health facility since there are people who may be experiencing serious health issues. Overall pleasant experience.

Always friendly. They take great care of me

My mother has been seen by both Dr. Mark Miller and Dr. Michael Payne. We find them both to be compassionate and very thorough in their treatment of patients. I feel both doctors have set the bar for excellence and are among the best of the best in Northwest Arkansas. Highly recommend.

Initially, I really appreciated the speediness of getting me in within 24 hours to see me for allergy flare ups. Got all my paperwork to me. I arrived 20 minutes early to finish it. Waited an extra 10, but I wasn’t too upset since I was a brand new patient they probably snuck me in their schedule. The waiting room was cute, decorative and festive. Girls at the front were very young but very nice. They both had facial piercings in. The actual doctors office room I was escorted into by means of pointing and not guiding had me feeling out of place. I sat in the doctors office an extra 10 minutes waiting for Dr. Payne. Had plenty of time to examine the dust and faded white stains on the counters... Calm guy that gave me a hand shake and said it was nice to meet me and I felt he genuinely meant it. Though by the 3rd time he said it I felt it to be unnecessary. He strangely had no problem staying in there and chatting with me like he had no other patients. His laptop gave him trouble so he had to refer to the girls up front to print me a prescription for antibiotics that he said I may or may not need depending how I feel? Whole process took a lot longer than it should have. ** Also gave me no warning before he stuck his cold stethoscope to my bare skin. Felt very uncomfortable by his comments on my weight and “perfectness from the neck down” won’t be back. Unsanitary, uncomfortable, not very organized.

Three or four years as a patient here, always excellent care, pleasant staff, never an issue.
