Fayetteville District Court

Ive never had a more difficult experience trying to make a payment. They do not have a web portal. You must either mail a check or come into the office. The office says it closes at 4:30 however it seems the pay lady chooses whenever she wants to go home. I’ve mailed a check and somehow it went missing either through transit or on arrival. You cannot make payment over phone. Even though it clearly lists online and in person on the door they close at 4:30 the whole office is locked often way before then, making it very difficult for someone who works normal business hours.

I haven't been there, but I just wanted you to know how much it cost.

They were very nice to me and they did not put me in jail. I am very lucky. I only have to pay 310 dollers

IT SUCKS TO GET A TICKET... BUT the cop wasn't an a hole and the court clerk was fast, professional and helpful. If you have to get a ticket Fayetteville is probably the best place to do so.

They changed the times on my court date from 8:30 to 1:15 without even the courtesy of a phone call. Not like I can call and ask for a different time, arrogance and hypocrisy in its purest form.
